WANTED: Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer

Description:
The SR. QA Engineer will be responsible for leading and mentoring team, manual testing, small automation, tracking issues, quality control metrics gathering

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in QA, preferably in web testing area
Proven experience in web applications testing
Knowledge of the most popular web-browsers
Experience in creation/maintenance testing documents
Clear understanding of basic software development and testing processes
Knowledge of defect submitting principles and management in a bug tracking syste
Ability to diagnose failed test cases before opening bugs
Ability to perform repeated tests with the same eye for details
Ability to plan own tasks and utilize time in best way
Ability to support Web services testing (SOAP, REST, other)
Basic databases/SQL knowledge
Basic Knowledge and understanding of Web technologies (HTML, RSS, CSS, JavaScript, XML is a plus)
Ability to mentor team members
Stress-resistant, being able to work towards deadlines
Self-motivated, proactive, efficient, creative
Ability to deal with multiple projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
