Junior Drupal Developer
We are currently on the search for a Junior Drupal Developer to join our team onsite at our office in Burnaby, British Columbia.
About the Job:
In this role you will work with our web development team and report directly to our Director of Technology. You will be working with our talented team of Drupal Developers who value quality, innovation and all-around excellence. We will support you in creating compelling websites and web applications, which includes custom programming and development.
You Need:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year open source CMS theming, configuration and module development experience
- Beginner proficiency in Drupal site engineering, module development & theming
- Intermediate proficiency in hand-coded W3C compliant HTML & CSS
- Intermediate proficiency in PHP web development and MySQL database design
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Linux administration, Apache configuration
- Some experience integrating open source and third party applications into existing systems
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and team orientation
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenge
