Everyone is looking for a Drupal Rockstar, right? Or are they?

What about the Drupal Roadies, the guys behind the scenes, putting things together, picking up the stadiums and packing up the lights, stages and scaffolding after the Rockstars have moved on to the next big gig. What do you do when your wife, kids, pets, and families need your time? How do you make room for a big blue drop?

This community focused session will be an honest discussion of how you can still "rock out with your drop out", even if it's only in the spare room "office" with an air guitar and a paper jams microphone.
