are slides going to be available?

Am in a session right now and wondering if there will be a place for slides to be available? Or must ask individual speakers?

Mortgage/Financial Services BoF

I'm interested in doing a Bird of a Feather for people in the Mortgage and Financial Services industries.

I work for a Southern California Mortgage Banker and we've been using Drupal for years as our employee website. We use if for company information and we've also developed several custom modules supporting our loan originators (a loan pipeline, condition submission, and more).

I'd love to chat with other people using Drupal at their Mortgage or Financial Services company. Or if you're not using Drupal but considering it, I'd be happy to share our experiences.

UPDATE

Rideshare for 2 people from San Jose area

I will be taking off to BADCamp from San Jose, tomorrow morning and can offer a rideshare for 2 people. Please PM if interested.

BADcamp RideShare - San Diego to San Francisco

I'll be driving up to BADcamp Berkeley in a Toyota Prius on Wednesday 10AM 10/31 and have room for up to three passengers if anyone is looking for a way up.I'll coming back SD on Sunday night after the camp, so the ride would be two way. We will leaving from San Diego sometime around 10AM.

The gas for the round-trip drive will cost under $40 for each of us. Join me soon!

EventBrite Drupal 7 Module BoF

We are hosting a Birds of Feather event with EventBrite to begin phases of the building a new Drupal 7 module that interacts with EventBrites API on Nov. 3rd and 4th.

Looking for all types of players to showcase their leadership, development and project management skills to build something for the community.

An after party will be presented as well at Henry's Bar in the Durant Hotel across from the campus as well!

TWIG in D8 Sprinting Pirate style

Frontend & Themers we need you!
the Twig in core is moving forward, but now the devs need our help in how to shape the actual templates.
A lot of the hardcore work have been done in the backend but now we need the Frontend & themers to step up and help out, no more excuses ladies & gentlemen. Its all on deck & rock out!

During badcamp we will try to help new Themers to get into twig & what it can do (why its awesome)

[taken] Motel share available Thurs-Sat night

I have a 3-bed room in the Super 8 (1619 University, a few blocks from BADCamp) booked for Thursday night through Sunday morning.

We currently have 2 women staying there (myself and Karyn/techgirlgeek). The price is $427.84 for 3 nights, 3 beds, with free WiFi and breakfast included. Non-smoking.

If a 3rd female BADCamper would like to share the room with us, drop me a line from my d.o contact page (http://drupal.org/user/155601) or find me on IRC (I'm usually in #drupal-docs, #drupal-contribute, #drupalchix).

Ride sharing to BADCamp

I'll be flying to SFO (driving from Greenville, SC is a bit of a trip...), but I have some friends here in town who operate a ride sharing service called RidePost. If you're driving, you can post your route, dates, and available seats so folks can hop in your car for free (or help with gas if you prefer). It's a bit more organized than the usual forum threads if anyone is interested in using the service.

I got them to map BADCamp as a destination to UC Berkeley, so you can just search rides to BADCamp to see if anyone has seats left from your location. Hope it helps. : )
